Prime Development General Manager Dr. Artuğ Çetin, Head of Center Management Department Meinhart Krumrei and Prime Mall Iskenderun Center Manager Arzu Özerdem had participated to the press meeting which was held in Les Ottoman Kuruçeşme. In this meeting, press members were informed about the opening date of Prime Mall İskenderun, as 25th of August and the second project Prime Mall Antakya, for which the excavation was started and the Foundation Stone Ceremony will be started in June.
1st Franchise Day

Brands and branches had met together in Antakya Ottoman Palace. Prime Development had bring together the national and international brands with the franchise candidates as organising the first similar event in retail sector and give chance to take place in İskenderun’s first and the only Shopping Mall. The local entrepreneurs had intensively intersted in this event. The event was so efficient both for the franchise candidates and for the brands who wants to give franchise.

At the Prime Development Tenant Event organized at The Marmara Esma Sultan were gathered 180 guests comprising of company directors and other professionals from the retail sector. Prime Development’s investments in retail real estate were introduced to the leading retailers of the turkish sector. The special movie with 360 degrees of panoramic images, which is especially designed for this event, provided an opportunity to the guests meeting with the distinguished Shopping Mall concept of Prime Development. While in every 9 minutes 40 guests are watching the movie, they found themselves travelling virtual Shopping Mall floors as being the future guests and they highly impressed by this primarily realized technological presentation.

During the press conference held on 21 April 2009 at the Çırağan Palace Kempinski where a total number of 45 journalists were in attendance, Prime Mall Shopping Centers in İskenderun and Antakya were introduced as the first stage of Prime Development’s direct investment project of $1.5 billion to be realized in Turkey.
