Rewarded project Prime Mall Antakya has opened its doors for all visitors at 14.00 hours on Friday, 14th October. Dr. Artuğ Çetin, CEO of Prime Development, Mr. Lütfü Savaş, Mayor of Antakya, Mr. Orhan Mardinli, Vice Governor of Antakya and many other people have participated to the opening ceremony of Prime Mall Antakya where approximately 300.000 people have visited in the first 2.5 days. Dr. Artuğ Çetin, CEO of Prime Development made a speech at the press conference organized for the opening, and expressed the happiness and joy they feel, for the opening of Prime Mall had been five months earlier than it was scheduled. The public of Antakya showed a great interest in the shopping center whose opening activities lasted 3 days and 3 nights.
The opening of Prime Mall Antakya, qualified as the shopping center of the “first”s, had been like a real carnival. On Friday evening, 14th October, famous singer Kenan Doğulu has met Hatay public for the first time and gave a two hours lasting concert. Around 30.000 people viewed the concert. On Saturday evening, 15th October Nancy Ajram, one of the most popular artists of the Middle East visited Turkey and gave a fabulous concert for the Hatay citizens. Around 60.000 people watched the concert including 10.000 Syrian visitors who came from Syria.
The shopping center, with 98 thousand square meters of construction area and 37 thousand square meters of Leasable Area, is also the first shopping center of Antakya. There are 125 stores, a food court, a hypermarket, a Movie Theater with 8 halls, a bowling center, and an ice skating rink located on 360 square meters which is also “first” in this region.

Prime Development has held a press conference in Çırağan Palace on 19th of August and announced that Prime Mall Antakya, their second project in Turkey is going to be opened for visitors on 14th of October 2011. Prime Mall Iskenderun has opened its doors for visitors

Prime Mall Iskenderun opened the doors to the visitors on August 25 at 9:00. On the first day of the Shopping center there was pretty much interest shown by the Iskenderun inhabitants. Approximately 100,000 people visited Prime Mall Iskenderun for the opening and a magnificent fireworks show has been realized at night. The opening speech was held by the Mayor of Iskenderun Dr. Yusuf H. Civelek’s and the moderator of the night was the famous Geveze and the group Rönesans performed the hit songs during the night.
There are 125 shops, 8 cinema saloons, hypermarket and food court spread in about 35.500 sqm leasable area, 86.000 sqm construction area and 3 levels car park.

Governors of Hatay Kadim Doğan and İsmail Kara, Mayors Mehmet Çaparali and İzzet Kakil, the general manager of Prime Development Dr. Artuğ Çetin and the management team attended the foundation stone ceremony of Prime Mall Antakya on the 23rd of June. Head of Center Management Meinhart Krumrei, Head of Construction Özgür Varlık, Antakya Project Design Coordinator Architect Zeynep Yılmaz and Head of Leasing Gökhan Dağıstanlı participated the press meeting Prior to the ceremony and informed the press about the project in Antakya.
